Wear Moi Australia offers Standard and Priority Shipping to any address in Australia.

Public Holiday - Australia Day 26th January Due to the Public Holiday our office and warehouse location will be temporarily closed Friday 26th January and will return Monday 29th January. Any orders placed from Thursday 25th will be processed and shipped upon return. Please note that all payments are authorised payments only, we will not capture the funds until your order is processed. Kindly keep the funds available in your account for processing to minimise any delays.

  • If you enter the incorrect address, a redelivery fee will apply.
  • Business addresses require a business name to be stated.
  • Star Track is unable to deliver to PO Box addresses and therefore all PO Box addresses provided shall be served using Australia Post eParcel.
  • Wear Moi Australia will make every effort to deliver on time. However, we shall not be held liable for delayed shipment.
  • Customers will be provided with tracking information and are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery.
  • Delivery times specified are estimates only, delivery to rural addresses may take longer. Most parcels are shipped from Sydney NSW, delivery to WA may take longer.
  • If you select an ATL(Authority to Leave) for eParcel, then the buyer accepts all responsibilty for missing packages left by the courier.
  • ATL (Authority to Leave) will be specified on all Star Reack parcels. By selecting Star Track as your preffered shipping method the buyer accepts all responsibility for missing packages left by the courier.

Please note that this Wear Moi online store currently only delivers to Australia and not to international addresses.

Returns

Any item purchased in conjunction with the Bastille Day offer of 20% off are eligible for return as an online credit only. No Refunds. No Rainchecks. 

Conditions

For the return of Wear Moi online purchases, regardless of whether they are faulty, change of mind or incorrect fit you must meet the following return policy conditions:

  • The item/s must be returned within 14 days of receipt
  • The item/s must be unworn and unwashed in original saleable condition with all labels/tags attached
  • The Delivery Slip/Tax Invoice must be provided as proof of purchase
     

Products purchased online may not be returned or exchanged in a store. Sale items bought on this website cannot be exchanged or refunded. No rain checks. Hosiery cannot be exchanged or refunded due to hygiene reasons.

For Change of Mind or Incorrect Size

We reserve the right to inspect garments to determine the return policy conditions are met, therefore the item/s must be unworn and unwashed in original saleable condition with all labels/tags attached. If the goods arrive in the appropriate condition a refund of the cost of the goods will be provided. We do not refund shipping charges.

If a replacement size, colour or alternative items are required you will need to place a new order online.

You are responsible for the costs of returning goods to us. Any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We will not be held liable for any goods lost in transit, therefore we recommend you use a courier or eParcel through Australia Post to return the goods. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items in transit.

For any item that is returned without the original packaging, a 10% restock fee will apply.

For Faulty Goods

We reserve the right to determine whether a product is faulty and conduct a production and quality check. A response for faulty claims will be received within 5 working days of the garments arrival at the Bloch Head Office. If deemed faulty, a refund of the cost of the goods and postage will be provided. In addition the reasonable cost of returning the faulty item/s back to us will also be refunded.

You will receive an Online Returns Form with your online purchase. This is to be completed and sent back with your return item.
